What could be this be?

Ok well about a week and a half ago I got a few bumps on my arm that I thought were poison ivy. Then I got 2 on my D***. Then I had some come up around my wrist and now around my cuticles of my fingers. WTF. Ive never had anything like this before. Im wondering if the cases are related or what being that they were in the same time period. The ones on my fingers are very tiny, unoticeable in fact and are clear at the top. While the ones on my arms are patchy and red. The two on my dick are red and more splotchier. I thought the the one on my arm were from an allergic reaction to the cement I used the other day but now Im begining to wonder... Any suggestions would help... I got pics if you would want them?
