I have almost straight hair but the ends are slightly curly and very frizzy.It is wavy or curly.?

When it grows it get messy and curlier or wavier.I tried to grow it but it started to raise from back.Do wavy hair have raised cuticle? Do i have curly or wavy hair.Im 16 years old guy.
