Can anyone give me advice on the correct technique too use when applying nail-polish?

I like to get a nice amout of polish on the brush, not too much but not too little. And then i put it on... but when i put it on i fan the brush out to where it covers most of the nail. It doesnt leave as many streaks. Good luck with your nail polish!
