you can do that yourself at home for like 3 dollars and a manicure is like 10 bucks for cut buff polish etc. so just go to drugstore or walmart or whatever and buy a little wooden or plastice cuticle pusher its rounded at end it'll say it on package. and buy cuticle cream it will remove some of the cuticle. first soak hands in warm water then dry put cream push them back with tool and scrape away excess skin and rinse
