Part of my nail fell off!?

about a month and a half ago, a big vinegar bottle fell on my finger and made my nail all gross. it had a big blood blister underneath it. well yesterday, i was pushing the cuticle back on it and noticed that the bottom of the nail was soft and i picked at it ( yeah, gross, i know) and part of it fell off! will it ever grow back in right? it's just at the bottom.
