Should a motorist also stop behind a stop line even if his/her view is blocked by bushes or other objects?

If you're doing the drive test soon you should stop at the line during the test, they take off points if you don't. It is good to stop behind the line if there are pedestrians crossing or close to crossing. But most people stop in the place where they can se the best. Cops don't really inforce this rule, at least where I live they don't. Just try not to block traffic or pedestrian crossings.
