I want to be more "girly". Help?

I know some girls that don't like to wear dresses and skirts that much either, but they are just simple. I would start off by wearing mascara and you could wear just a bronze/golden color on your lids, its very easy and looks good on everyone! And the nails you are talking about are called a french manicure, you can get it painted on your nails or get fake nails applied at a salon. The paint is probably about $25, thats how much it costs here. Hope I helped!
