Hit by a Car on Bike; Help with Settlement?

wel fisrt off u say that you're bike was moderetly damaged then u go on to say it was totaled, obviously u r a moran. now u r asking for hour help becuz u r dumb and cant afford a lawer. so in this situatiun i wud say that the driver was oviously at fault and u shud take it to court if u r only getting $200. i wud ask foar atlest $1000 in curt. okay hope i helped bye for now frend, Bruno
