We've been together for less than a year, we recently moved in together & just got over a difficult time after my miscarriage. I was very moody & a bit depressed during that time. I realize I was wrong for being that way towards him. I feel really guilty. I'm trying my best to let go of the past & get back to making him happy. I miss the old times when we use to go out & have fun. I don't expect things to be the same way they were but I need to do something to change the dynamic of our relationship into something positive. I think it's time, we both deserve to be happy. BUT... My mind is totally blank.. What can I do?

I pick at my cuticles, i think i damamge my nail!?

I use to bite my nails, and about 3 years ago i stopped, i then picked up on picking on my cuticles. I assume i started it because of something stress or anxiety related. i mess up my cuticles by putting things like a pencil tip or sharp piece of paper in my cuticle and i push back the skin and somtimes the skin tears out, i was doing this and i stabbed through my nail accidentally and left a small cut in my nail, i picked at that and now its a 1cm hole where the white moon/crescent thing is on my nail. im really scared that the nail wont grow back or im prohibiting my cuticles/nail from recovering. can someone PLEASE put me at ease and tell me if my nail will grow back out and that hole i accidentally made will be gone and also how to stop picking at my cuticles. i really appreciate any/ and all answers, thank you so much in advance :D

Whats wrong with me??please help URGENT!?

Ever since like 2 days ago, my cuticles hurt sooo bad.they feel like someones stabbing needles into them, and the pain comes in spasms.I know its not my nail polish because I only painted them yesterday and they hurt before I painted them. No, there are no cuts or hangnails. Please help though what is it and what should I do?

How long does it take for a toenail to fall off?

I have this kind of weird toenail/toenail cuticle problem with both of my big toes. My doctor says that some yeast probably got underneath my cuticles and ruptured them but im not really sure what the actual problem is. Whatever it is, it turned my toenail yellow and my toes (the 2 big ones with the problem) are now swollen. They both pus and sometimes bleed if something/someone steps on them. So i was wondering, how long will it probably take for the nails to fall off? And how long will it take for them to grow back? Thank you!(:
